Crafting, tiers question

Hello folks,
I want to ask how to recognise the tier when there is hybrid. Its happen at least on my 2nd crafted item. I'll link both below.
So I crafted this nice hubris yesterday, but I dont know now 'Local Energy Shield +%' what tier is T1 or T2. Is it possible without divine to know the tier. Hybrid is T1.
Another question. Is 'Base Stun Recovery +%' of the hybrid a sign for his roll. For example here is 16, is that mean that is for sure not max roll and is probably 54 or below or still can be max rolled with 16?

Nope, no way to be sure without a divine. If it makes you feel better, knowing only the numbers it's much more likely to be t1 than t2 just because of the end of the ranges both rolls would have to be on for it to be t2.

But no, the stun recovery % is not correlated with the ES % in the same mod, except for the knowledge you gain of the overall tier.
