Frost Blades was fun too, but that pushes the definition of what could be considered "Melee."

Hey, let's just totally ignore the definition of melee and pretend that GGG's definition of melee, being anything that deals melee damage, is correct!

Considering that that's the benchmark set by ranged skills, yeah. Just about any ranged skill can wipe an entire screen faster than it takes a melee build to just move from one enemy to the next. So yeah, the only way to make melee skills viable would be to... not make them melee.

But hey, GGG hasn't cared for the past 3 years, why would they start now?
