Dagger or Wand with Spark

Im wondering if i should use a wand or a dagger for my ci spark build. Im using increased skill duration on my passive tree so i wouldnt have a good movement skill if i went wand, but with a dagger i belive i will have less dps. Any advice?

" Dagger whirling blades or just rely on quicksilver/silver flasks and take advantage of wand proj speed. The horrible thing about spark is that wands can roll amazing proj speed and let you drop proj speed gem but as you said, increased duration makes LW suck. IGN: Arlianth

I'd still go with Wands, projectile speed bonuses are pretty sweet and flame dash is good enough.
Anyway, not that you have to invest in weapon passives, give both options a try and see what works better for you, it's kinda subjective.
