I happen to find this shield today and was wondering: "What would be the best to do with it?"

What you've done with it is fine IMO. You could exalt for a suffix I guess but that seems like it's not worth it. If you exalt for a prefix you'll almost certainly make it worse than it is now. (You *might* make it insane, of course, but if you want to use it the risk is way too high.)

well the chance of getting good suffix is relatively high. there are four resits groups, godly spell crit, decent flat block, not that bad mana regen or stun recovery, the only really bad ones are life reg and attribute req.
