Help with CI Tri-curse 2x CD Firestorm Occ

Hi, I'm trying to make CI tricurse Witch firestorm build, running with 2x consuming dark, rest of gear high ES + res, budget version, nothing special.

5-6-link: Firestorm + Spell Echo + Controlled Destruction + Inc. AoE/Conc. Effect + Fire Pen. or Ele Focus (can't decide which would be better) + Faster Casting
3-link: Whirling Blades + Fortify + Faster Attacks
3-link: Vaal Lightning Trap + Vaal Discipline + Inc. Duration
4-link: CWDT + Temp. Chains + IC + Arctic Breath
4-link: Blasphemy + Flammability + Enfeeble + Enlighten
4-link: Support spell for single targets (if needed) or Discipline/Golem + Wither/Spell Totem
1s on ring: Discipline/Clarity(if needed)

Is it solid or would you change anything?

If you want to convert 60% fire to chaos, fire penetration as well as the flammability curse have only very limited use.

As you aren't converting 100% of your fire damage to chaos, taking the Corruption and Growth + Decay circle is highly inefficient as it only applies to the converted portion of your damage. Fire, elemental and spell damage nodes on the other hand apply to 100% of your damage (no matter the conversion ratio). Therefore don't take chaos damage + dot nodes. Planning with less than 115 points is more realistic anyway.

Two points for the 2x3% cast speed from Precision ain't worth it either.

With no mana and almost no manareg nodes you'll need to curse warlords mark (instead of flammability) to sustain your mana needs. That would also give you the life leech for Ghost Reaver.

Jewel sockets that need 3 points are often not worth it. You can get 30% spell damage from the witch and templar start instead. Don't take those two 3-point-sockets unless you have good jewels that give you more than 30% increased damage.

If you only run Warlord's Mark on blasphemy, you also wouldn't need Sovereignty (for WM + discipline). You could either put enfeeble in your cwdt setup instead of arctic breath, or use a second firestorm-curse on hit-enfeeble-temp chains on a 4L to curse when necessary.
Or use a Heretics Veil for warlords/enfeeble blasphemy.
