Help with a juggernaut build

Hi everyone,

I have a lvl 77 Endurance charge earthquake juggernaut build i'm working on those days. Until now it works awsome but now I wanna try something and I would like to hear some advices.

Atm, my juggernaut got the following stats: 5k HP, 12k Def (with determination), 499 Evasion and 8 endurance charges, also max res and 90% physical dmg reduce. Do you think I should grab the iron reflexes keystone (for only 4 passive points) and use grace aura? with both I'll have about 20k def but I couldn't evade any attack.
Would it be a smart action?

If you're able to reserve that much mana then try it out, if its only 4 points it is easy to respec them.
