So, when the league ends, stash tabs will be merged with core league.. Is there any limit to stash tabs from different leagues - remove only? I have 6+4 tabs and like another 20 from different leagues (there are still items there)

No limit for remove-only tabs AFAIK. Do note that when you buy new tabs, remove-only tabs are first converted into normal tabs and you'll get empty tabs only when all remove-only tabs are gone.

what about currency tabs? can you have more then 1? and i assume 1 will be remove only after league ends...

I had a remove only currency tab on standard from the 48h race so you can definitely have more than 1.
