This Duelist follows several guidelines:
1) Spin To Win (Cyclone) 2) Bleed them dry while spinning 3) drink their blood to replenish health this is a glass-cannon variant, so don't count on HC-viability. nonetheless, it is a character I enjoy playing (currently level 65 finishing Act 3 Merciless).
stuff you need:
a sword that hits really hard. I'm using this beauty (Cyclone gem links inside) a means to leech - fitting the Vlad theme, such as the Slayer Ascendancy, for awesome 20% culling strike and all the benefits of going Headsman.
