Probably something like DW poison spectral throw with stuff like cospri's will. Gem links being ST + Added Chaos + void manip + pierce + gmp + crit damage. Lots of flat chaos crafted on jewelry. Let me know if you need more details. The build will have OKish clear and absolutely insane single target.
