[2.3] Inquisitor - Low-Life Mjolner Storm Call
  My main goal was to make a new and powerful thing. After spending a lot of time and currency i've came up with the results that satisfie me the most. So, if you want to check out build you have probably never seen before which is fast, strong and safe, then you are in a good place. PROS

-Very fast clearspeed (shield charge as trigger skill) -A lot of DPS vs. packs -!!!High DPS against single targer!!! -Can be done with low budget and be only a bit worse -Instant storm call -Big AoE -Low-Life version needs only 5link shavs CONS

-Mjolner needs a lot of str and int. Int is not a problem but Str can be painful to get. -Socket-starve - you probably wont be able to squeeze something like golem -Single target fight has to be melee -To absolute perfection wit hthis build you need shittone of currency.

We've chosen to be Inquisitor. The reason is simple - WE NEED DPS. But of course, we have a lot of options. Others are: Elementalist, Occultist or Assassin. But Hierophant wins. Remember that tree depends a lot on your gear. Need dex, then get more dex. The same for others. You will definitely need str but we make use of a cool unique jewel which solves that problem so don't be scared!

For easy contet you can swap one Storm call to Chest (need to be a 5link)

Curse options are: I've chosen Poacher's Mark because it solves a lot of problems: -We don't have to worry about flask charges (100% increased charges gained) -We dont have to worry about Mana ( 12 mana gained on hit) -We don't have to worry about Accuracy (Enemies lose 50% of their evasion) -And we gain more dmg, more attack an movement speed (frenzy charge on kill) There is no curse or aura we can benefit from more that Poeacher's In 6th socket you can put Its your decision what you want more: - faster clearspeed with Lightning golem; - More APS againts Single target with ancestral totem - More dps with RF Funny thing is that 6link is worse than 5link for us because of Blood Magic gem. For 4th link you can pick I've chosen Herald of Ice because of that Corpse destroyin cool looking lagg making explosion. :'o But if you want more dps you should choose Herald of thunder and for more safety - Arctic armour #2 4-link - Map clear

And here we stop for a bit. We choose molten strike over Cyclone because it gives us more procs - more dps, we benefit from arctic armour, it is easier on mana' i hate cyclone We take all AOE nodes on tree so Conc effect makes that more molten strike's projectiles hit the target. you can swap it to fortify, LMP or Faster attacks. but good luck with chroming 4 off colors on 130 int gear.

Without this mace there's no build to make here. Of course you can you new mjolner. Legacy one is best in slot but only if you have the money. Chest

gloves with ES and resists are our 1st choice because we lack it You can also youse these crit ones if you feel you need more dps over ES or you can also use for Dps AND some ES I haven't yet compared which ones give more dps but it is an solid option Helmet

Ehh yeah, Skyforth have everything you need as an ES based char and it is your dream but of course you can do it without them wearing Rare shoes with ES, MS, Resists, STR/DEX. Enchantment You can choose whatever you need but i think best ones are: - 16% increased Attack and Cast Speed if you've Killed Recently - 0.6% of Damage Leeched as Life and Mana if you've Killed Recently - 80% chance to Avoid being Stunned if you've Killed Recently - Adds 45-68 Cold Damage if you've been Hit Recently Belt

Yeah you absolutely dont need this but it is just fun having all your flasks up all the time with no worries You should use a rare chain belt with Es Resists And some flask bonuses Rings

On jeweles our first option is Energy shield. After that, if you need more STR/DEX/INT you can easily get it on your jewel. Then you can cap you resists also with jewels. If you dont need any of that are are rach enough you can seek some dps stats on jewels. Such as : - Crit multi or crit chance for spells/ ele skills/ lightning skill/ global - Area DMG/ Spell DMG/ Lightning DMG/ Spell DMG with shields/ global dmg - Attack speed global/ with shields/ with one handed melee/ maces Flasks

You are really cool when you're drunk, trust me. And with my setup you wont experience any abstinence My favourite setup but you have other options: YOu can of course use legacy vinktar's !!! you just need to change the tree to get Vaal Pact, or acuity if you need that instant leech

The build will be worse. There is no way to avoid that but i assure you it will still be amazing. Passive tree: For stun immunity you will be using one of this three options - Eye of chayula - new ring in 2.4 - Valyrium moonstine ring - Boots enchant - 80% chance to Avoid being Stunned if you've Killed Recently Power Charge generation you can swap Poacher's mark to Assassin's mark but i dont like that idea I think better option will be to Swap Faster attacks/ fortify to Pcoc in your Shield charge setup Overall thoughts about the build

The Labirynth I hate lab runs with this build. It is weak against uber lab like every LL build. I mean before this char i have been playing Juggernaut mjoln discharge with 10 end charges so sucking at lab run may be caused by my sucking at playing ES based char. Izaro himself is junk. Pop up vinktar and you can facetank him with no issues. Atziri Atziri is meh not a challenge. trash is a trash, vaals are trash, Trio if you kill them in correct order also easy, atziri herself easy. If you hit mirror you're dead. There will be video up with atziri run. Mapping You should avoid: - blood magic - Ele reflect - no regen (if yo uuse poacher's turn off your herald and you're good to go) Mapping with this buid i so much fun. striking half of the screen with multiple instant Storm calls is really satisfying. If you have good damage, mapping looks something like VMS playstyle. Shield Charging through the whole map and some molten strike action on the boss. Fast, Easy, Safe - cewl. Most of the times you one shot packs. But if you enter a t12+ map with some nasty mod combined such as - enfeeble - reduced x% crit dmg taken for mobs - more monster life it is hard to kill them all with one charge, but it is rare. Will this build be playable in 2.5 and also, is it possible to make this build on a 1st character in a new league? If it is possible, what are the absolutely required items needed to make it work and what would you suggest using for skill gems to level?
