Essence of Woe T7 does not give a higher amount of flat ES on belts

Noticed it from Chris & IGN demo.

Not all essences will go higher than existing mods. Some even go to lower than the maximum values. Regardless, I'll think you'll find these can still speed up crafting for these mods. If you like ES on belts, I suggest paying attention to the upcoming news posts. I think you'll see something you like. (I am not sure this is the first bug report we have had for unreleased content.)
