Yep, though it's been slow going it's looking pretty good. It's pretty cool that if you buy one of the Fan Editions now you'll get access to the Betas and get your name in the credits.

As mentioned, there was one expansion called Immortal Throne. Make sure you get it before you start playing as it made several improvements to the original game.

So there isn't any mods for TQ that makes it more like DIablo ? Find it hard to believe. Perhaps TQ doesn't have any mod support.

There is absolutely a ton of mod support for Titan Quest. There's still a hugely active community dedicated to the game as well.

the people who made TQ are now making GrimDawn

As I mentioned in another post from this evening -- Titan Quest did Diablo better than Diablo (purely my opinion of course). That said, both franchises are great.

Allow me to provide a contrary opinion. You know what I didn't like about TQ? You're always moving. You never stay in the same town.

D2 used towns as a "home base" for each act, which was great.

It's hard to introduce "flavor" or "substance" into areas if players only visit them for 4 minutes before moving onward.

One word: "Underlord"

It's the best mod ever made to enhance the TQ experience. Everything rebalanced, expanded, and includes the fanpatch which fixes hundreds of bugs left in the game due to the closure of Iron Lore.

A must-play for any Action RPG fan.

Art style is opinion of course, but hands down Diablo 3 kills it in combat. Animations, Sounds, sense of impact and force, it is much more satisfying to kill something in Diablo 3 then it is in Titan Quest. TQ suffers big time in that aspect, it almost feels like you're swinging at air.
