this is an essence crafted wand with t0 flat fire damage, crit/multi/projectile speed. a bit niche but one of a kind.



950 es (divinable to 966) with t1 int and a t2 res, open suffix. 5 off colour but not sure that is interesting for you.

b/o is 70 ex for the wand and 100ex for the chest but i can negotiate.
