[Theorycraft] D F Totem IIQ (need help and suggestions)

Hi, me and a good friend of mine were throwing around ideas for a good Item quantity build that could also do some low level end game content, and after a tossing around a few ideas, i just opened skill tree planner and came up with this in like 5 minutes.

p.s. haven`t played marauder since closed beta!

Few quick + from the tree:
212% increased life
249% increased damage ( totem, fire, elemental ) + possible 35% DMG increase if the target is burning
15% + 5% chance to ignite
6.1% life regeneration
342% increased armour

Items to wear:
The Ascetic amulet ( the item used to get IIQ )
Kaom's Heart chest ( mostly for life because of the amulet, and fire damage boost is good also )
Goldrim hat ( mostly optional, used for resist maxing, we already get at least 50 from pasives )

IIQ gear:
Rest of the gear slots filled with magic items, rings ideally with 1-2 base resists and life + 1 resist rolled as magic. belt pretty much the same as rings. magic 6-link staff ( spell dmg roll )
and gloves and boots with life, resists or armor rolls.

with perfect amulet IIQ roll: 2 rings, 1 weapon, gloves, boots, belt = 6*15=90% IIQ

high end game content:
items would most likely be changed for decent rares to increase life and damage and armor.


So, what i`d like to know is:
could this work?
would it be any good?
would damage be decent?
would life be enough?
what would be good link combinations?
what could be changed, adjusted, removed?
