Scepters

Two scepters I have, creating this thread to show a friend. (Why I put it in "off topic")

From what I've seen of scepters, they're "melee" (technically 1H Mace) but don't have as strict of stat requirements as some alternatives, and that generally, they give elemental/caster-type bonuses.
