Why are you using vinktar without ghost reaver?

Ghost reaver is a luxury, but it is not needed. I use vinktar for the massive damage boost from shock, proccing HoT, and the mana leech.

I can just as easily not use vinktar, take out HoT, and run another aura/potion.

Level 77 with 6.4k ES have a nice upgrade at 79 and 6 more es nodes to grab, facetanked uber izaro with charges with poorly rolled Rumi's. DPS without Conc is 15k? Dot is a bit more, have all the jewels finally until I hit around 93 when I pick up the 12th slot.

Was on the fence of going with this or some other build (probably facebreaker Warchief) to prepare for Shaper but after seeing the new Vortex MTX it looks like GGG decided it for me!

I told myself I would save the last couple hundred points for much later, but after seeing the new mtx, I just had to.

So jewels are 3ex each in standard and you need a ton of them. What do you recommend doing before getting those jewels? I'd this build even possible without that initial 27ex investment?

Izaro's Turmoil can be a stop gap until you can afford the jewels.

Yeah just chip away buy one at a time what I did anyway.

For those of you doing the build in Essence, Essence of Delrium DPS > Doryani. Tested on Voll with EO up and down, a few dozen times each, just much faster DPS.
