I like it a lot! Would solve a lot of int issues :D 1.5 ex?

No more opinions? Its the first time i see that kind of amulet :)

I think it could be worth more than 1.5ex, it is really great for a melee build lacking dex/int. It has 5 useful mods and one not-bad mod. I don't know what someone might buy it for.
