I really like this idea, my own spin on it would just be to try not to rhyme a word with itself and to rhyme between lines 2 and 4 rather than 3 and 4, so something like:

Dreams of stone
Dreams of the feather
Unbent, unbroken and
Stronger together

Props for the idea though

My initial thought wasn't necessarily trying to rhyme, but adding that to it makes for a neat effect as well :)

Thought I'd share my idea on the flavour text, that would be:

"Those who march in the first lines in a battle must be brave, well equipped and ready for the horrors they are about to bring and suffer. May this belt be given to those that distinguish themselves with exceptional courage, stamina and celerity."

As for the name, I honestly don't have a clue, let someone more creative advise on that.
(If it was up to me though, I'd give it a name that would suggest this is something strong/durable, and a quick at the same time.)

Dichotomous Tenacity refers to dividing your ability to survive into two parts, and the belt raises armor and evasion (also onslaught and fortify). The flavor text is an actual quote from an author (specifically the book Desert Solitaire) that i thought went well with this item.
