These boots are really good. What it really comes to is if you are able to cap resistances and get enough life on your other gear. This will increase the cost of buying the other gear. The boots themselves also cost like a half voll's devotion, so it gives a considerable cost increase.

But if cost is not a problem, they are great!

u have Elemental Overload in ur resolute technique tree ;) so u can save some points there and remove it ;)

Just a question tho, what do you think about going EE?
If i go +cold dmg on my gear, that will boost my Discharge,
BUT if my discharge does NOT 1 shot the mobs, wont it have +resist for fire&lightning instead?

Sadly EE lessens your damage output. On the upside, if the monsters take longer time to kill, it will lag like hell, the computer will work harder and will work as a heater when winter is coming ;)

Firstly you are correct that if the discharge doesn't one shot, they will gain +25% fire and light res. But it doesn't stop there, it's even worse than that. If using molten strike (which most do on bosses), you convert a portion of your phys dmg to fire. So the mobs will have perma +25 fire res. That is you always do less damage as the majority of your damage comes from fire damage.

The only problem with this build is that you didn't mantion the price of all these uniques. Would be helpful to know the price (around 25 ex i assume) before hitting 47 lvl. Waiste of time, atleast for me

I'm sad to hear that. The problem about prices on items is that they fluctuate and that many build guide makers buy their items under market price and post a build price that is maybe let's say half of where it actually ends up. But an approximate indication would have been useful to avoid this issue.

Now I have made a title for the price of the build which of course won't help you, but others in future in the same situation. In there I have written a price indication on the most expensive item of the build, voll's devotion which currently on poe.trade runs for 18ex, which is a lot of course
