p4ttch's RF - Mjolner / Arc or ball lightning Jugg . Uber Lab runner

Hi Guys this build is my stepping stone as i work my way to buying volls devotion (cus im not a great player :D)

So this build is for anyone that really wants to play their Mjolner but doesnt have volls yet. And doesnt like playing earth quake

Build Idea and how it works

Core idea is that we use 2 Kaom's way rings to basicaly get 1% life regen per endurance charge.
Which lets us support RF very easily .To boost Mjolner arc/ball lightning damage.

Our main set up for single target is Molten Strike so
Molten strike > Greater Multiple projectiles > Multi strike > faster attacks
5th link is fortify

I use arc 95% of the time. but for doing Atziri so i dont hit the Mirror i use ball lightning.
Ball lightning is also handy in uber lab. when you trying not to hit statues and only do damage to Izaro
Storm call just puts me down to 0 fps.


Pros / Cons

Pros:
- VERY tanky (10 endurance charges = 40% phys damage reduction)
- 6.5k hp at level 85.
- 87% fire res
- 1.2k hp regen
- doesnt care about chilled ground, temp chains
- doesnt care about traps in lab
- can run build on a 4L
- most expensive item is Mjolner (1.5 ex when i bought it)
- can run a single bad map mod for rf (20% slower regen, vulnrability , shocked ground)
- could run blood magic map slowly

Cons:
- damage is not as good as other builds.
- Ele reflect means we can only do damage with RF
- cant run some map mods (no regen , 40% slower regen)

normal = oak (40 life)
cruel = Krayton (8% attack speed = more spells from mjolner) OR skill point
merci = oak (endurance charge)

DPS tooltip on Arc? How about survivability?

Would like to see a nice 2x Double Arc build be viable as I hate discharge myself. The only problem comes with the single target.

Also, the new helm enchantments (+3 chain) or +40% arc damage.. would be insane too!

Edit: There is also an enchantment that adds MS projectiles I believe as well

ill be doing an update on the guide soon with some dps numbers.
my arcs are level 19 and do about 2.4k each with RF active. so 4.8k but the tool tip is very misleading as we are using multi strike / molten strike which is a LOT of casts per second.
I can take down voll in dried lake in 6 seconds with an onslaught flask.

also with the 6.5k hp the RF does like 20k aswell so we looking at about 40k dps total

The awesome thing is doing charge through dried lake, i've been doing 1 min voll runs. i havnt had many other builds that can get there so fast and kill everything on the way with charge.

the survivability is pretty nuts. im still working on capping my resists
