Bug with Flame Dash recovery CD from Uber Lab

Hey, as the title says i found this bug. I was trying to see if its worth to change my movement skill with flame dash when i got this enchantment on my helm but down on tooltip it says:

30% Increased Trap Cooldown Recovery Speed

Ill try to provide pictures but i was always handicapped with these kind of things :)
