Easiest Windripper IIQ Ranger setup?

Which is best and easiest passives, ascendancy , gems, jewels, flasks and gear setup for IIQ oriented Windripper Ranger in order to shatter as much frozen high-tier mobs as possible and simultaneously not be 100% glass cannon?

I Plan to use Kintsugi (already 6-Lniked) for Body armour, IIQ rings (probablu good rolled Ventor's gamble), that only good for IIQ glovesa and boots and special IIQ Flask. So this slots are occupited - please account for that.

Nobody knows how to build with that? Ok.

Just use any other crit bow build e.g. Mathil's one.

There's literally nothing you can do extra since that build already grabs all the crit/multi on the tree.
