u can raise ur dps with the right flasks ;), ur shield can roll better, up to 12-20 phys dmg and ofc the new steel rings ;)

He had those char tab open :) but some1 cleaver noticed what the new build is going to be made of.

Those steel rings are they dropping on Standard? If yes then only on 80 lvl or higher spots?
I ask as on poe.trade price of them is ridiculous :) like 3 or more exalts.
