Seems mostly fine. here are some issues I saw:
Your dex is low, and you skip a lot of accuracy clusters. It seems like you will probably miss a lot. I think you should definitely get the depth perception cluster at least. There's a Jewel only 2 away from your tree, but you get a Jewel that is 3 away. Why arcane vision and pain attunement with CI? CI means you have 1 life and so can't be on low life. Also pain attunement doesn't help wand damage anyway. And low-life is really scary without Shav's. You don't get many mana clusters, which you could use to take advantage of Skyforth for stun resistance. What advantage are you getting from Low Life? Pain Attunement does NOT work with Crown of Eyes, so it won't benefit your Kinetic Blast damage, if that's why you are doing it.

I was about to come in and say "hey, this person is obviously new, be a little more gentle", but uh, with 3 years account life and 24 challenges this league I now think OP is trolling.
