Highlight Nessa's 2nd shop tab for new characters.

I think that, among the tutorial popups that exist currently, there should exist at least one more directing new characters to Nessa's Gem tab.
Among the comments I have witnessed first time players make, asking how they can find more skills is absolutely in the top ten. They are plainly overlooking just how available the skills are and this doesn't need to be the case. "If they actually showed gameplay with it zoomed out and then zoomed it in for the real one I think there would be actual riots in the street. I think that people would burn the building down."
