While I'm glad this is back on track, not knowing why this stalled and only resuming now doesn't give confidence for supporters who might be interested to design uniques.

AWESOME !!! a/e builds is all I play till I have to go to just the armor at higher then 70 lvls this item will allow me to use those passive points to better use HURRY get this out asap PLEASE !!! :)))

Well this explains some of what chris meant when he said 2.4 would have an end game focus. Hope there's a lot more where this came from, because, while it can't go on forever (higher and higher req level bases), it is very fun and exciting.
