Rogue exile prophecy spawned but no exiles

Rogue exile prophecy spawned while I was doing Atziri, cleared everything, 0 monsters remaining, but couldn't find any rogue exile.

I had the same issue in Atziri, the prophecy was titled "The Four feral Exiles".
They were nowhere to be found tho, maybe it is not possible to spawn exile in the Apex of Sacrifice but then block prophecy to happen in the zone.... |

Same here, while running Normal Atziri. Prophecy activated, no exiles, made full clear.

I had it happen in cowards trial, probably all maps with preset enemies or something. Hopefully it gets fixed before too many people lose their prophecies, seems like they just need to block prophecies from certain maps.
