They fucked up, underpriced, and after you and 20 other players tried to woop the item, they decided not to respond
They're actually playing a different league, and can't be bothered to switch
They're in a 6-man party and don't want to lose their spot
They're in lab
They're pushing and can't be bothered to stop just to make a 1c trade

50 different reasons why people won't respond. Trading system in PoE is absolutely horrible, it is what it is. Don't be upset about it, if they don't respond just move on.
