What is it with drops today

First I do 16 maps of various tiers (mostly 7-11) and only get two +1 drops and one = drop. Then an Apex of Sacrifice drops a total of 18 maps and a prophecized Vaults of Atziri. Then a vaal side area, a very small one, drops four silver coins. A bit more even luck would be nice, because I'm trying to build up a tier 9-11 map pool.
