[Prophecy] Deadly Rivalry II triggers, but doesn't spawn an exile

Hey there - are you still in the map by chance? Exiles do not count towards /remaining, so it's certainly possible that the Exile spawned and is still alive.
If you're still in the map, have another look around please! If you still can't find it, I'll investigate locally - as far as I'm aware though, there shouldn't be any issue with this prophecy. |

This happened to me on Deadly Rivalry I, the prophecy popped in Izaro's room.

No exile :( I'm still in the room if there's something you want me to try/if I'm missing something. Screens taken after killing Izaro, exile didn't spawn in the fight. " We're aware of an issue with this prophecy being unable to spawn in Izaro's room. This is fixed locally and should be deployed in a patch that we're aiming to get out this week! " I'll ask some others to look into this as well to see if we can reproduce this. |

I have same problem with Deadly Rivalry I Did not spawned an exile (Tidal Island)

While you'e at it fix it for Apex also, seems prophecies spawning exiles are also bugged there.
