[PHC] My version of the Juggernaut Discharger

So, i wanted to make this build but after some hours of theorycrafting with mates, I find out that playing it as a burner was quite hard, and very expensive to be 100% effective. Because you need 3 to 4 curses, Purity of fire, EE and OFC a swift weapon to proc fortify. So I came up with this version of the build :

I still need a Vaal Immortal Call setup, and maybee a Righteous Fire gem (that could be disabled with a remove burning flask) in order to instant strong bosses.

My current tooltip is 62K with elemental overload.
