The other night I lost a hardcore character due to network lag while zoning, the game in general has been having TERRIBLE performance lately.

Please fix this before you keep piling new assets into the game...

Different employees have different jobs. Have you not learned that yet about companies? What, do you expect the 3D artists to drop what they're doing, do crash courses in programming and network operations, and join the network/server team?
