Whispering Ice Missing Audio?

So.. I've tested this while running Dried Lake several times now and upon killing any rares or Voll, the sound clip doesn't play anymore. I haven't heard the sound play at all since the 2.3 update. Any idea what happened or if it'll be "fixed"?
