Ambitious Bandits prophecy

I can't seem to find the bandits anywhere, I ran through the suggested maps from WIKI Crypt level 1, dread thicket and northern forest over and over, and ran through so many maps in Act 2 normal and can't seem to find it? Anyone can help?

Same here, I think its a bug, some ppl has this problem, some not. Its impossible for me to complete this prophecy atm.

one more 10+ instance in all zone and no bandits.

Are you guys sure you're doing it in the right difficulty?

Is the prophecy still listed because I had one disappear off the list but I was in the area it was so I got it but if I'd of gone to a new area(and instance expired) without completing it I'd of lost it for good.

I've just found them in fellshrine ruins.

Fellshrine Ruins is where I always get it.
But, ones like that don't have a 100% proc rate so what I did was sit at the door to Crypt 1 and Fellshrine and just swap between them making new instances until the prophecy popped up on the right. | |

Can confirm over 110 Resets between Crypt level 1 (merc) + Fellshrine Ruins (Merc) and the Prophecy still not working
