Mace and Shield Sunder Marauder - Help?

Hello, new player here, looking for some advice.

I have been running a mace and shield Marauder and have been loving Sunder (currently level 31).
I got a full passive skill reset and I'd like to correct any mistakes I've made.

Would you guys take a look at what I've planned out so far on my passive tree and tell me if I am missing anything or making any big mistakes? (I've read through the four Sunder Marauder builds and Sovyn's Lazy Templar - as well as a bunch of other forum posts, but I think I am way off the beaten path).

I know nothing about your skill build sunder, but your gear really needs some attention.

Since you're new i HIGHLY recommend watching some videos by ZiggyD.

Thanks! I hadn't seen his beginner's guides yet. I ran across a few of his videos, but the ones I saw seemed aimed at more veteran players.

I updated some of my gear, but I am really interested if anyone has any advice on making sure my passive tree will be up to snuff for Cruel and Merciless later.

Also if you can make Resolute Technique variant without crit(more tankier) + Berserk subclass(for more 40% damage).
