Game crashed - Plaguemaw Prophecy lost?

Hi,

I was doing the prophecy chain called Plaguemaw, I was at step 4 :
"you will be ambushed by plaguemaw followers in hedge maze"

So I went in there, I found a monster hiding in a corner, I went to kill him, and the game crashed (usual memory thingie..).. When I logged back on, the prophecy was gone, I tried to go back to the zone, the Imperial Garden was still here, but the Hedge maze had reset.. I'm not sure if my prophecy chain is screwed, or if I accidentally (and unknowingly) completed it (because I play Blade Vortex, I might have killed the ambushers while I was being disconnected, who knows..)

Any way besides crossing my fingers hoping Plaguemaw V will show up to know what happened to my chain?

Hi. I was opening an unique artisan's strongbox while in Hedge Maze in Cruel difficulty with Plaguemaw IV prophecy active (softcore prophecy). The Plaguemaw uniques spawned when I opened the strongbox. Once I killed the strongbox mobs, the game crashed and a message that I did not read very well appeared. It said something around the lines of: "cannot display art/2d/(etc...)" I think it glitched while trying to spawn a drop for some sort of unique quiver. It seems related to your issue, but I'm not sure. Postin' anyways :P
