Hi there :)
Im currently planning to run a dual touch of anguish frostblade build. I usually lvl characters into their late 80s so lvl 85 or so would be a solid keystone. Im not sure about the optimal Gem setup here nor about my damage. Which is best and easiest passives, ascendancy , gems, jewels, flasks and gear setup for IIQ oriented Windripper Ranger in order to shatter as much frozen high-tier mobs as possible and simultaneously not be 100% glass cannon?
I Plan to use Kintsugi (already 6-Lniked) for Body armour, IIQ rings (probablu good rolled Ventor's gamble), that only good for IIQ glovesa and boots and special IIQ Flask. So this slots are occupited - please account for that. Thanks in advance! Last edited by SunL4D2 on Jul 3, 2016, 10:42:14 AM
