State of PoE 2.2.2 - do you see improvements over time?

Hello guys old player curious if some of these issue was been tackled fixed for good or get even worse.


Game fps optimization
- options to turn off shadows and lighting effects
- option to turn off effects like rain that causes high fps drops
- option to lower particle effects
- non-existent optimization for models in new locations like a3xp and dominus.
- unnecessary high poly models (you can sculpt 3d model with milion of polygons and BAKE the textures out of it and slap on low poly model)
- strongbox lag (no precache of strongbox assets),

Desynch
- still same prediction model in place? Can i expect certain combination of skills to create desync (example: Infernal Blow + multistrike + meelesplash)


Poisonous legacy items
- So does they did naturally goes away as intended or they still core of standard economy alongside unobtainable items from seasonal leagues 4 years later after they became "feature".
Super toxic legacy gems
- are these things gone for good?

To sum this are still some players able to AVOID patch changes by buying ridiculous expensive gems and items for prize only RMTer could afford?


Right into your face zoom - did we get option to play on even field with mobs shooting 3 screens away? Or we still need to play with the default zoom settings worse then d2 640*480 so we can enjoy graphics more(according to devs)?

Unfair rng crafting

- from my understanding there is some improvement with the masters but couldnt explore myself as the a3xp fps lags too much for me(thanks rain and milion of poly and particles)

- Any change on linking items by accumulating fuses used?

Additional question: Have there been any dev will or community request to create skill web unique for each class or this was tackled by master skills only to difference the classes.

Well sadly that would require to ban big portion of player base :) and probably the most active and on top of food chain player base.

I actually like the game and genuine try to enjoy myself but cant over technical difficulties and few other issues.

This is still the arpg with most potential. You cant compare d2 modding with company with own game running on own engine.

Thanks to sum the standard league for us (there were times where standard got 5x more playerbase then seasonal and hc leagues) well you can only imagine why majority of playerbase is gone.

Im sure having 3x less drop quantity while having 2x less power on items doesn't effect even playing field.
