Latency spikes when moving

I have a problem since yesterday
When I do nothing ingame, I have 30-40 ping, but as soon as I move or use spells my ping jumps between 30-40 and 200+ I use ethernet connection and already restarted my router and computer several times In other games like TF2 I have a stable ping, no lag or latency spikes http://pastebin.com/WXDHEaen Last bumped on May 29, 2016, 12:26:58 PM

You're getting packet loss at the third hop which is likely inside your ISP.
That should not really cause what you're seeing however. Do you have Asus RoG GameFirst Service installed/running? | |

Nope, I don't have that.
Sometimes the game is still playable because the lags only happen like every 10 seconds and I play flicker, but other times I just die because I can't move at all |
