" Sawblades are probably those roombas in the labyrinth or one of those door traps. either way sounds like a trap Lightning warp delay is based on movespeed, so understandably, freeze would interact with it in a painful way. " I'm pretty sure it's actually referring to how some people would just fall over immediately after speccing into CI without doing anything special. There have been a fair number of posts on Reddit and probably here about this happening to people. I really hope that's what they fixed, at least.
