Does the reduced mana cost also applys on auras like Clarity?

Vipermagi is just being very exact/technical/literal.
The practical answer is No. Cost and Reservation are two different stats in this game. Cost refers to when Mana is subtracted from your current Mana level. Reservation is when Mana is permanently allocated. Reduced Mana Cost does not affect Reservation. So if your Clarity reserved 200 Life before adding quality on Blood Magic, it will reserve 200 Life after adding quality. Need game info?
