Until someone comes up with a better coded version, I'll maintain a list of changes here as I see them. Focusing on mechanic changes instead of value ones (unless they're popular nodes).

Elementalist Liege (+1 Golem), Paragon (50% reduced reflected ele dmg taken, Beacon (radius 12, up from 9), Discord (Damage penetration increased from 20% to 25%. Duration of buff increased from "recently"-4s- to 10 seconds), Pendulum (Every 10 seconds, gain 25% increased Radius of Area Skills for 4 seconds)

Deadeye Precision (attack projectiles return to you after hitting), Rupture (moving while bleeding doesn't cause you to take extra dmg, 80% chance to crit bleeding enemies)
Slayer Brutal (immune to stun/bleed while leeching - hello CI melee), Bane (kill enemies who are on 20% life or lower on hit; will uniques be immune?), Headsman (50% reduced phys ref dmg taken, 20% more dmg + 20% inc aoe if kill recently)

Champion Worthy Foe (no more flat chance to stun), removed inc effect of fortify on the Fortify path, Violent (80% increased physical damage if you block a unique recently)
Assassin Noxious Strike and Toxic Delivery positions were switched and buffed.

Gladiator Outmatch and Outlast (more physical damage at max frenzy, reduced physical damage at max end), Blood in the Eyes (now has 25% chance to bleed on hit)
Shaman Hinekora (1% of dmg dealt by totems is leeched to you as life; new mechanic? spell totems ftw?)

Ascendant Deadeye (pierce nerfed from 50% to 30%, lost 20% proj speed), Guardian (curse/ailment removal every 5s), Berserker (1% leech down from 1.5%; only if you've killed recently)

Juggernaut Undeniable (1% atk speed per 100 acc rating, +1000 acc rating), Unrelenting (if you would gain end charges, instead gain upto max end charges - discharge woot), Unyielding (+25% effect of fortify)

Inquisitor Penitence (enemies take 16% inc dmg, deal 8% less ele dmg - buffed)
Guardian Time of Need (removal and regen every 5s, and 25% reduced effect of curses - huge buff); Prayer (warcries cost no mana), Bastion (50% add block chance for 1s every 5s)

Necromancer Commander (you and allies affected by your auras get +20% allres), Spirit Eater (2 add corpses from Des, buff to self/minions, 2% atk/cast speed per corpse consumed recently)

Trickster Swift (15% chance to gain frenzy on kill, up from 10%)
Pathfinder Bowyer (Enemies you kill that are affected by elemental status ailments grant 100% increased flask charges), Alchemist (immune to ele ailments during use; inc ele dmg; 20% chance to proc ele effects - complete rework/buff), Boon (20% chance to not consume charges)

Raider Quartz (you have phasing while at max frenzy; you have phasing while you have onslaught)

Hierophant Sanctuary of Thought (25% of mana as ES, 50% reduced mana cost of skills, 50% reduced mana cost of skills on full ES), Conviction of Power (15% chance to gain power charge when you or totem kill, up from 10% chance for you), Ritual Awakening (8% less damage per totem, from 10%)

Buffed: Slayer, Gladiator, Necromancer, Elementalist, Pathfinder, Juggernaut, Assassin

Nerfed: Ascendant (well, the nobrainer combo at least), Champion

Potential new meta: CI melee Slayer, coc burning discharge Juggernaut, Flicker with everything, dw bleed Gladiator, bleed with everything.

No way Champion got nerfed with how stronk Taunt is. Went from 24% reduced damage taken (4% from fortify effect) to 26% reduced damage taken + 1% life regen every 4 seconds along with even more DPS. Kinda stinks with losing 10% movement speed, but 18% movement speed was already excessive.

I would put Champion between the potential and buffed tier.

Edit: Overall, thanks for compiling this up and writing a brief summary of the changes from the ascendancy tree.

You forgot to describe Assassin's buff.

Noxious Strike:
30% chance to bleed on hit with attacks
40% chance to poison on hit against bleeding enemies
50% chance to maim on hit against poisoned enemies
30% increased skill effect duration if you've killed a maimed enemy recently

Toxic Delivery:
10% reduced damage taken from damage over time
20% of physical damage gained as extra chaos damage against bleeding enemies
Poison you inflict with critical strikes deals 100% more damage
Bleeding you inflict on maimed enemies deals 100% more damage

With the 4th labyrinth, it will be possible to take these two notables as well as Unstable and Deadly Infusion.

Apart from the obvious applications for attack-based builds, this will also work with CoC - physical spell builds (the hit applies bleed, then your spells have 40% chance to poison with 100% more damage).

Actually, the 100% more poison damage on crit will make this incredibly strong with any poison-based build, even if it doesn't use actual hits. It can use other mechanics to poison like dual cons darks or a poison gem.

This is the first time I've seen the words '100% more damage' in the game.
The Wheel of Nerfs turns, and builds come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the build that gave it birth comes again.

They might have been hesitant to write "and then we doubled it"

:/

I will say it's overall buffed too. But people usually just jump in and see their baby fortify along is numerically lower than before, they think champion ascendancy is completely dead.

IMO it's kinda stupid to say champion is trash tier now without looking at the whole picture.

/sigh

The Pathfinder Node Bowyer, is that a new one or a rework as I can't seem to find it on the ascendancy wheel at all : P

IGN - Aerith_THOR
It's 'Vetern Bowyer' and it's a rework of Master Fletcher.

The Veteran Bowyer node (in the local tree planner) is listed as "Master Fletcher" in your screenshot.

For Necromancer, its worth noting the commander of darkness node also had its increased dmg per aura buffed from 6% to 10%, and ias to 5%. its a very powerful node now.
