[Solved] Merciless missing Ascendancy points

I came back playing an old Standart character of mine,
since he finished normal and cruel yet he hasnt killed malachai in Merciless, I had do the trials (merc), said and done did the labyrinth first on cruel to get the 4 points then did Merciless and the shrine didnt wanted to give me my last 2 points now i have the second character on standart locked with 4 points.

Yes I did the labyrinth again and tried clicking the shrine still no points.

Maybe stupid question, but did you open your passive tree outside of the altar?

Yes did that still only 4 Points.

Edit: Solved, got my points now. either im a blind idiot or the day waiting solved it.
