SOME PROBLEM WITH UNLOCK COED

HELLO! I have sent you the email with same content to the support address but no reply,so I'm just seeking help here.
I'm a player just back from AFK,and I met some problems and need your help. When I loged in,it required the unlcok code,that's right,I got through this several times before because of my changing IP. But this time I checked my email many times, and even I restarted my game and even PC, I found nothing, pls help me with that.I already add the geckolala@gmail.com and support@grindinggear.com to my whitelist but seems like everything I do is useless, and what's worse I didn't receive the email back which is not like the way ggg do.
So is there anyone who can give me some help?
