Two uniques needing a price check!

Hello hello! I have recently found some uniques that when browsing poetrade seem to have some worth with good rolls.

However, this is where I need your help. The said item seems to have a mix of stats that are good rolls and meh rolls. I have no clue how to price them (when I do open a shop), so without further ado, here are the said items.
