Trying Blade Vortex

Can anyone link me a very strong tank build using BV. I am helping my kid make a guy he can actually play and BV seems to be the simplest way to go. Clear speed is less important than survivability. Anyone with a good current template, or link please post.

My personal favorite:
2.2 Poison Block Vortex MOM Budget Supertank because it is extremely tanky due to playing as a necromancer witch.
If you are looking for a more dps based build instead of a HC viable one, browse some of the guides in the shadow and scion builds list. Just stay away from the low life (or CI if this is the first char your kid is gonna play) variants.
