Everything was dead around I was on full!!! life and suddenly booom death. NOTHING FAR WAY AROUND!!! Really? I have absolutely no idea what killed me. Game is just fucking bullshit.

Yeah, I'd say the most likely thing is that either you failed to notice corrupted blood or that you were standing in a zombie chaos damage cloud.
