For a long time, hot tubs were the worst offenders with their tiny drain holes. In the 90's two professional football players (NFL) barely had the strength to pull a small child off of a hot tub drain. I remember coming home one day from work and seeing the street full of police cars and an ambulance. A two year old girl across the street was trapped by the hot tub drain and had drowned.
