Take a 20 minute break then another 30 minute one. Also depends on a multitude of things: lunch, how far do you have to go, are you doing something during break (eg bills/something else that's adult like) etc.

I left for work at 4:50 AM ... I get to work for 7AM but it takes a couple of hours to get there. I had a nice flaky pastry when I got there though.
