Micro transactions gone..?

hello,

i've played this game around 3 years ago for a while and i thought it was time to come back :)

i've managed to log in & link the account to my steam one but my character is gone..?
also all the stuff i bought is gone too, it wasn't much but i'm sure i had that package thingy with tabs, i could change colors for tabs and all :)

any idea if and how i could eventually get that stuff back plz..?
